No Rewards even if you hit Honor 2 before the season ended?
2018 Season Ranked Reward Eligibility Update
So Is this true? Any player that got a 2 week suspension(even if they made it back to Honor 2 before Nov 12) isn't eligible?

If you were honor 2 before the end of season, you should be getting rewards.
That looks to be the way it is.
Those are just the requirements to get additional time to reach Honor 2, not new requirements for the rewards. I don't see anything suggesting that you wouldn't be eligible for the rewards, as long as you reached Honor 2 before the end of the season.
