Why are people who intentionally feed/troll given warnings/temp bans?

If someone goes out of their way to troll/feed & admits to it, why would you give them a warning? They know it's wrong & clearly don't care. Perma ban the account & IP ban them without a warning, they don't deserve a chance to 'reform"

riot doesnt do ip bans considering it could be an estate or something and it wouldnt be fair to the other people that live in the house also its easily bypassed with vpns/proxies

It doesn't matter much. Until we get the tribunal back, the system will be rotten and won't work properly. It's not possible. We don't have such AI levels.

Most people that do troll only do it because they assume Riot can't detect it properly. Temp bans clarify that enough, to be honest.

Ip bans would never work. Either they'd changed it which is easy to do. Or screw over places like Internet Cafes, Universities, places that share Internet.

IP bans are never going to be a good idea, there's too much collateral damage in the case of shared internet, and of course it's also really easy to change your IP without switching location/router/computer.

My account was hacked once and somebody played 3 ranked games and fed super hard on nasus, I didn't do anything and it'd suck if my account got permanently banned with no warning for something I didn't do
