Should this be reported?

So, I met a Soroka Soraka Top Lane in rank today. It was on the Enemy team and was not toxic at all. Her team didn't seem to be complain about it either. The Gangplank that she was laning against won the lane and the strategy she was using caused her team to have a huge discrepancy in the top side. It was so heavy that it sunk their ship and they weren't competitive enough to win the game. Should this be reported? If you believe it should, then how would you do it? There aren't any good categories to put this under. Negative attitude? It just doesn't fit. Then what about the Singed controversy that happened not so long ago? Singed He was banned for having an odd strategy.

What's the overall opinion on this from the community?

Neither Singed Guy or Smite Support Nunu were banned for their strategies. Off-meta picks and unusual strategies are not punishable in and of themselves. They were suspended because their communication in champion select was toxic. It's a controversial issue and is under review by Riot.

No -- not reportable, not punishable.

Only intentional feeders / trolls are reportable and punishable.

People have the right to play off meta picks and try new strategies and gameplay styles. This, should not in any way be reportable or bannable. While I understand the frustration that it may cause some players, riot should allow their players the freedom to play the game on their terms. As long as the Soraka was trying to win the game, that's all that matters.

Singed got banned because it angered his teammates, but apparently thats ok now.

It isn't reportable.

ive actually played soraka top in ranked. and it can actually work if done right. farm and harass with q, use e to deny CS. rush item 3027 item 3060 and use your ult to farm assists

however looking at the raka in question's match history, she wasn't building legitimatly, and she had no keystone, and it doesnt appear she plays soraka regularly. that is indicative of trolling

I would say that if she wasn't inting of overly bad then no. It's a odd strategy but not horrible.

If the player was truly trying to win his lane, what's reportable about it? If you're on the enemy team, and all you're seeing is an enemy Soraka trying to win and make up for the slack caused by the champ comp top, the credibility for a report is a little too non-existent. On their team however, their own team chat could be telling a whole different story for all you knew, and it could have either been an accident/tactical attempt/inting, in which it'd be on them to make the report.

I've made it a habit to not bother reporting what I can't see. Even if a player is toxic on the enemy team, if I have no evidence that I can see, I can never in good faith send a report (in which case it's all on their team to do the reporting). Trolling is a bit more obvious, but can sometimes be cleverly underhanded. If you have to question the decision by this much however, then the player isn't worth reporting. Keep in mind that when you report someone, you could ultimately effect that player's experience with league, and potentially your own under special circumstances. Reports always have to involve something you are absolutely sure the player is guilty of.

If she was intentionally feeding report her for that otherwise theres nothing to report she got beat bad. Whats the difference if its an off meta pick or not.

I played a yorick game once that i was 10/2 with 150 cs at 18 when the game ended compared to a 1/6 gp with 19. Should he of been reported if he wasnt inting too.
