Let's be real. When you flame...
It's not about you being angry or frustrated that someone is doing poorly and you want to win the game. Yes, you may be angry, and you may be frustrated, but that is not why you flame. That could be why you yell at the screen. It could be why you punch a pillow. It could be one of whole host of natural responses to anger and frustration.
But you don't do any of those things. You flame.
You flame because you want to shift the blame onto someone else in your team's eyes, or perhaps even in your own.
You flame because you don't want to consider that you are also doing poorly.
You flame because you don't want to consider that you squandered your hard fought lead while the enemy capitalized on theirs.
You flame because you don't want to see your own errors.
You flame because you don't want anyone else to think it's your fault.
You flame because you want to convince yourself that this is not your level, that you are better.
So if you have to flame, then flame and accept the repercussions, but don't insult the rest of us with your excuses.
