hey im keiffo. my history in league of legend. im the guy who did purchased 20 accounts. and all of them got locked. so i decide. to refromed and creature my own account by myself from level 1. and now. after 2-3 months. my account got Perma Banned instant. For The for Chat Logics. x fucking D. this Account doesnt have any kind of punished before i dont even get a chat restriction even chat chat restriction i dont get it. like if you wanna give me a punished okay. give me chat restriction or 14 days. as first warning but why perma banned in the first places i mean like perma banned in the first warning why not 14 days? why not chat restriction. what is this kind unfair. system wtf the moment i choosed to be reformed i got perma banned from the first punished i know you dont give second chances. But This is the first punished. in this account. like i dont get 14 days banned before i dont get a chat restriction before. this was my first Punished and its perma banned? wtf i understand that i typed dumb shit in the chat. but still. getting perma in the first punished its not fair wtf Llike fucking serious. if you dont unbanned the account im gonna uninstall This game From my Pc and stop wasting my money and time on it. and FUCK ADDICTING im gonna get rid of it. and remove this game. i can understand to lock the past 20 accounts for being purchased. but this one. i made it. by my self from lvl 1. what a clearly unfair ban system

Firstly, the Balance Team does not handle punishments or anything else related to player behavior. That would be the Player Behavior team.

Secondly, before it's assumed; I'm not a Riot employee, I'm just another boards user with a Specialist title, so I'm only able to speak from the perspective of another player.

Third; What was the reason for your ban? What does it say on the card explaining the details of your punishment? It's exceedingly rare that someone gets outright permanently banned as their first offense, and usually that immediate punishment is reserved for people who share their account, who purchase an account, or who otherwise cheat or use third-party software to mess with the game.

So, without any other information, we can only really guess why you got punished based on the fact that you claim your first punishment was a permanent ban.
