Hey I had a bad Annie game and I think the game accidentally detected me as an intentional feeder...Looks like 0/6 is really that bad! Can a rioter please unban me?

Because they're feeding due to having a bad game & lack of experience, which is not considered Intentional Feeding. You said they were inting because you were pissed.

After seeing your last games, you can use these 2 weeks to look up what literally means.
