So why was I suspended?

I'm curious. When other people make you angry, and you go into defense mode, why do you get punished for this? I feel like the developers were never american to begin with. This isn't racism, in case you wanted to go all politically correct on me. I had a 25 day chat restriction because I defended myself then I got a 14 day suspension for defending myself in chat. I guess it's all automated but I'm asking the developers to give a shit for a minute and see, this is unfair. When I was in Iraq, I didn't simply say, oh hey it's okay if you attack me! So why would I do that to an online troll? If you check my scores you will see EVERY single match I am WAY better than my teammates both in KD and map control, but I guess I'm always the bad guy because when you are the best player on your team in bronze and people talk trash, all they have to do is report you huh? I get why this is a dying game now. It's okay for people to be toxic to you but defending yourself is a crime. Listen I understand you are trying to do something but this is massively unfair. I am requesting my account be unsuspended and leave it at that. If not I guess I'll just go back to overwatch, where at least they review the content.

It's okay for people to be toxic to you but defending yourself is a crime.

Being toxic to other teammates or contributing to toxicity will get you punished. Your best defense is to mute other toxic players.

If you want to discuss whether your punishment was warranted or how you can improve, you can share your chat logs.

this isn't a way to contact Riot. this is a community board where anonymous strangers tell you that we think you were toxic.

if you want to contact Riot, you have to do so through support. they do not unban people who were validly banned, regardless of how much you disagree with the rules existence.

Defending yourself is saying "Can you please leave me alone".

Retaliating is "Can you fucking knock it off".

Constantly replying is "egging the toxic player on and digging a deeper hole"

There is absolutely no need to defend yourself in an anonymous environment. No one knows who you are and I can fucking promise you that they'll forget your name within a minute after pressing "play again".

If you have nothing nice to say just say nothing at all , why stoop to a toxic individuals level all it does is make you as bad as them.

I have had some pretty terrible things said to me over the years playing this game and so many other games but I know that I am a better person than them because I would never say the things they say. I dont need to prove anything to them so there is no point to reply.

In Overwatch they ban you for playing off-meta in ranked or for not switching to a certain hero if your team is trying to harass you into doing so.

@Devs can you guys remove this thread? It's just more drama created by another toxic player that's clogging up the board feed, not only is the Original Poster flaming everyone else (Deeming them as trolls etc.), but is also very volatile in this thread.
