I was perma banned without getting the 3 warnings. (I only got 1)

Today I was permabanned because I was a beyond-toxic player. I got that and I understand that I should be punished for it. I just don't remember getting the 2nd chat ban and the 2 week ban. I might be wrong and I apologize if I am, but if I'm losing my account forever, I might aswell try and check if something went wrong. Thank you in advance.

If you are "beyond toxic" as you state, it's possible to skip the two chat restrictions. Nothing went wrong. Players who fully realize they are "beyond toxic" and yet don't care shouldn't be playing, which is why Riot permabans them.
