Self-Toxicity Report-able Offense?

Just gonna put the logs first.:

Game 1 Pre-Game FizzFuzzer: someone ban aatrox FizzFuzzer: same queue FizzFuzzer: ban aatrox pls In-Game FizzFuzzer: ok FizzFuzzer: perma cc FizzFuzzer: why are you pinging me FizzFuzzer: I went to your lane to help kill fizz FizzFuzzer: stop being a toxic f++k FizzFuzzer: cause idc FizzFuzzer: \look, she wasn't mia FizzFuzzer: I'm not f++king retarded FizzFuzzer: she wasn't mia FizzFuzzer: muting and reporting this toxic a++ anivia FizzFuzzer: go away pls FizzFuzzer: ok, why does it matter FizzFuzzer: you guys already won FizzFuzzer: making excuses to why you died is pretty sad. I know why I'm doing bad, It's cause I am garbage FizzFuzzer: it's called an excuse FizzFuzzer: /all FizzFuzzer: no s++t I'm salty? FizzFuzzer: why am I lagging now FizzFuzzer: f++king google fiber my a++ FizzFuzzer: actually vote FizzFuzzer: this time FizzFuzzer: guys FizzFuzzer: ff FizzFuzzer: team won't even vote no to ff, they just vote nothing tf FizzFuzzer: no you didn't FizzFuzzer: I'm duoing with the other person who voted yes FizzFuzzer: for real guys FizzFuzzer: vote yes anivia FizzFuzzer: instead of lying FizzFuzzer: GGEZ Post-Game FizzFuzzer: Why did we only say gg FizzFuzzer: only the losing team FizzFuzzer: It's not about good or not, it's sportsmanship FizzFuzzer: I doubt you know what that is

NOTES: Reading through it, I only saw one thing that was inherently toxic. "FizzFuzzer: stop being a toxic f++k" I called myself garbage, and I said that I acknowledged I was bad, but that is just self-toxicity? I know that racial slurs or discriminatory language is unacceptable in any context, but there was none of those. Consistently about 90% of my games, I see people who are straight up calling people offensive things and being toxic. This is what I would call a typical game where someone was just tilted and needed a break (which I did take a long break after). As I cited, I only saw 1 direct case of this from me. I'm not trying to get the chat restriction removed, I just want to know what's up.

This is the only game that the ticket cited for the 10-day chat restriction, I went ahead and censored swear words because board rules.

Also, whenever an enemy asks if I'm salty, I always reply with "no s++t", and 100% of the time, that enemy summoner would stop being toxic for the rest of the game. I don't believe it's being toxic doing so has resulted in much less in-game cross-chat toxicity for the remaining duration of the game.

This is the least toxic game chat I have ever seen a restriction for in my lengthy experience looking through the boards.

Self-Toxicity Report-able Offense?

Yes, it can be. It can bring down the mood in a game almost as much as normal toxicity unless obviously a joke. If you're using pejorative language, like, say, "retarded" to do so, that's also a problem.

FizzFuzzer: I'm not f++king retarded

The lines below also aren't self-toxicity. They're insulting comments towards your teammate and/or attempting to shame them due to their lack of surrendering.

FizzFuzzer: stop being a toxic f++k FizzFuzzer: muting and reporting this toxic a++ anivia FizzFuzzer: making excuses to why you died is pretty sad. FizzFuzzer: team won't even vote no to ff, they just vote nothing tf FizzFuzzer: vote yes anivia FizzFuzzer: instead of lying FizzFuzzer: GGEZ FizzFuzzer: ... it's sportsmanship FizzFuzzer: I doubt you know what that is

I've reported people that have said much worse than that and they're still roaming the game, free from restrictions. Hell, I've said worse than that and not gotten punished for it. The way you get punished is if the Rioter that looks at the game is in a bad mood. If whoever checked out that game was in a good mood, you probably wouldn't have been punished.
