I have been permanently banned for toxic behavior. There is no questioning I have been toxic. But I will do anything for this account back. If riot can find it in their hearts to grant me a chance to be unbanned I would be forever grateful and never be toxic again. In my previous game I was being toxic to a person being severely toxic to other people. I was trying to stand up for people, and I notice now that wasn’t the best way to handle the situation.
Riot never unbans people The time after yout 14-day ban was your last chance
At this time there is no reversing a ban that wad not given in error. Best you can do is create a new account and try again.

You'd do anything? Anything but not be toxic, I suppose. Riot figures they've given you enough chances and giving you yet another would be pointless. That's why it's a perma.
