short rant

So when I am last pick I always make a point to tell people adc is my worst role and that I straight up refuse to play a marksman if I get stuck with adc. (not to troll, but I am seriously better off playing Garen or lux bot lane than any marksman)

Almost every time I say this, I get stuck with adc. I lock in lux usually and everyone rages at me and then a few people realize that I said first thing I cant adc and feel dumb. Does this kind of situation happen to anyone else or am I just getting really un lucky here lately?
