If you want to be cheap, you can start by sending a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and ask them ways to reduce loading time.

I'm sorry that you are having a poor experience with getting into the game and that is leading to detrimental punishments. The client is very memory hogging and demands full attention! I tried watching the reports VOD's while it was in the loading screen once and after five minutes I asked my duo if they were in game yet and they were, even though I was still stuck in loading screen at 100%! 😢 I stopped the video, closed the load screen and hit reconnect, and jumped back in, where we talked to victory!

I understand that "upgrading your internet" and "getting a better computer" are generally not options one can take, and possibly shouldn't do just for playing video games (says the person who put together a new PC to be able to play FF14: ARR 😅), but there may be other solutions you can take!

I don't specifically know the kind of computer you are using, but it sounds like optimization can help! Usually googling "how to optimize my (insert operating system)" gives really great information to help a PC get faster! There may be some superfluous programs that startup with your computer when you turn it on and if you set them to not turn on then they won't be hogging resources! Opening task manager is an excellent way to see which other programs may be using a lot of resources as well, you'd be surprised at how much a couple of tabs in an internet browser can suck up!

Tldr: It may help to check your task manager to close anything unneeded running in the background making the game load slowly, and utilizing other PC performance enhancing tips!
