So I got perma banned because I was trying to have a positive attitude and played the best I could in games where I was being trolled by my allies? Is this really what the league of legends community has come to?

Constantly saying “great ally!” Isn’t being positive if it’s painfully obvious that you’re being sarcastic. Other than that, threatening reports and berating your teammates is toxic behavior.

Messages are one thing, intent is another. You're just being really passive-aggressive all throughout your games, you aren't being positive. It took me about 5 seconds of reading to see that you were just trying to duck punishments.

The Tribunal System ended in early 2014.

You're also asking for reports (which after a certain point becomes player harassment since it's taking your focus off of the game and because the system only needs one report to trigger a game for automatic review), calling people out for their scores and then sarcastically saying #SummonersCode (come on, dude.), and just more general passive-aggressiveness.

Riot has made it clear that this type of behavior is unacceptable and you should have known that from your multiple previous punishments. Sorry, not much to say on this one. You're free to make a new account but as of right now that account is indefinitely suspended.
