getting grouped against paid boosters

i am now on a serious lost streak from 3 confirmed matches where my team lost to groups of premade paid boosters. does riot not even care about the match ups from people who have level 30 accounts and they only have 1 mastery on 1 character and you look at the match history and they have premade with 2-3 people. After we lost I get added on 3 separate occasions and sent a link if interested for a paid boosting to plat. ranked is starting to become crappy to play because of the constant grouping against people boosting. I thought bronze was elo hell but now I see silver isn't even better. it might even be worse.
