14-Day ban for defending myself

I've been banned before and I know it was pretty stupid so I started being nice again every game I played no matter what but this guy just made me lose my cool kinda. I was getting really mad but somehow did not think of muting them so I started defending me and others as nice as possible(while still being mad)

The worst thing I wrote, in my opinion, was the "stfu" which could have been nicer. The "you are garbage" in the game 1 log was against the jungler who started to flame me hard for not helping him.

I'm wondering if there is any chance that this wasn't enough for a 14-day ban. I know I've been banned before as i said but still i tried to be as nice as possible while defending myself and others.
