Straight to Perm Ban after getting trolled by dynamic premade

This was very surprising to me to be honest, I try my best in every ranked game and have a 60% winrate in diamond so clearly I am not trolling or being a nuisance to my team the majority of the time. I've never even received a chat restriction before which Riot says their system warns you with before giving you a perm ban (so much for that) and now after this game when I had to play with a premade that didn't speak english and they purposefully avoided top lane while I got camped and they proceeded to lose mid 2v1 (!) and bot lane as normal. Obviously I was frustrated to say the least when I can't communicate with my team and they are also ganging up on me as a premade. I said some unfavorable things I regretted and immediately was upset with myself after the game for letting them get to me. Figured I would get a chat restrict. So I queue up for another game ready to come in with a better mindset and my client closes informing me i've been permbanned after being reported by this premade and an "extensive" audit being done. This was the only chat provided. Pretty crazy in my opinion to get perm'd over this when I have people calling me slurs for all sorts of things constantly in diamond but I guess thats how life works.

Open to reading other opinions.

Well I don't believe your behaviour in this particular game would constitute a perm ban right off the bat, there is no way that Riot perma banned you for this game alone. I believe you are only emailed the chat logs from the "last nail in the coffin" so to speak. There must have been other reports and behaviour that contributed to your ban.

You're right. Unless you were being extremely toxic, such as using hate speech or making death threats, they typically do a 10 chat restriction > 25 chat > 14 day ban > then permaban. If you have not received the previous punishments, then the important chat that resulted in this is probably just missing from the logs (such as being in lobby chat, or another game not included).

Submit a Support Ticket and they can help shed some light on why this resulted in a permaban if it wasn't a mistake.

this is Plenty to get you banned with riots new system.

people still dont get it until it hits them - if you use chat regularly, you are going to end up banned. period.

yeah you got to be on guard at all times. see if you 'use up' your rep and rage in other games, you're putting yourself at greater risk of being screwed by this type of trolling.

Basically, if you get lots of speeding tickets, ,and then you crash your car, you're not gonna be given the same credibility as somoene with no tickets.

The new reporting system is BS. Rito has gone full retard at this point. I got a 2 week ban for only ONE game I got trolled hard and only said FOUR things in the ENTIRE game. Of course the ONE negative comment i said was "moron". That was it and i got a 2 week ban. and yes i looked up logs. i received if from only one negative played game. So i created a ticket in which their reply made 0 sense. They said i had an extensive history of verbal abuse. So i asked how is that possible if i only have ONE negative log?? they had 0 reply or evidence for this. just kept saying the "audit" they did showed a history of verbal abuse.... ok if thats true then SHOW ME THE LOGS. they never did but I did get a perma ban. So moral of the story troll all day kids. get multiple smurf accounts troll the hell out of ranked games just dont EVER chat and you will never get banned but ruin the game for thousands of players.

Either Riot made a mistake or you were extremely toxic in other recent games.
