The Lag/"afk" Fix That SHOULD happen

Please make a smarter system of banning people from "afks" if i had for example connection problems. Like very slow internet or wifi. And i keep reconnecting and disconnecting. Make a system where league knows that im not dodging. Or even afking. And to avoid fake "lag" detect if the wifi is getting turned off or on. Banning is getting really annoying when it isnt your fault. Pleaseeee.
