Regarding Account "Hacking" following a suspension

How much can I do when it comes to my account being hacked into and that person flaming the actual living hell out of his uh.. lungs (or fingers I guess..) resulting in a 14 day suspension?

Iv'e searched around in the site and saw you can ask for the account login data so you could see who's been logging and from where. Kind of a problem getting this to work since I just log in with a username and been playing a while now, I don't remember what mail this summoner is on ;-;

Any suggestions?

If your account is actually hacked, support will generally (but not always) revert punishments that were accrued by the hacker.

If your account was hacked because you gave your info to someone or through negligence (i.e. a weak password) lost access to it, they will not.

I'm confused. If I understand you correctly, you have been logging in and playing for a while and just now noticed you got a 14-day ban? When was the 14-day?

"hacked" would imply they targeted you specifically. Broke into the password database, found your credentials, decrypted your password, and then logged into your account. Unlikely scenario but possible. No hacker would risk such length to steal accounts unless that account is worth a lot, like, a really really lot.

Likely scenarios:

Same credentials used elsewhere, copy paste. You entered your credentials on an account recording website. Your account name was laid bare to the world, password guessable, or password brute forced. Database leak.

Lately I've been working to use one password, and one login per medium I sign up for. But, that is getting difficult to do nowadays. The list is getting painful. really difficult to remember 50+ different 8-16 character passwords and logins.

Riot can usually, but not always, tell if this was the case. I had an account compromised that I never use(should have deleted it) They locked it before damage was done. It was part of an old email, that also was heavily compromised, but recovered and re-secured.

Also, very helpful resource. https://haveibeenpwned.com/
