i got perma banned when i wanted to do a game with my friends i spent over 100 dollars on that game How dafuc did i even get banned all i did was play the game not did one of thease reasons:

- return on purchase of RP (account suspended until purchase resolved due to security reasons)
- account compromised (aka hacked)

No. It's always been like this. Think about it.
Patch 6.4, you had to wait for about 2 hours to get on. Patch 6.6 you still have to wait more. Patch 6.4 and 6.1 and 6.2. You banned rengar,fiddlesticks,aatrox and a bunch of others.

Submit a ticket. At the very least you can find out why you got banned.
Toxicity isn't the only thing that can get you permabanned. Submit a support ticket with Riot if you can't find a way back into your email.
Riot doesn't care how much you spent, you'll still be banned. You get the same punishment as someone who's spent absolutely nothing.

thats all I can think of. Once you can log in to your email, you should be able to tell.
There's been a ban wave with a reasonable number of claimed false positives, so you probably got banned after the system flagged you for 3rd party programs (hacks or scripts or whatnot).
Whether it's accurate or not can't be told on these forums, but just ticket support and hope it works out. If they give you an automated response, reply to that to reopen the ticket, and they'll transfer you to something less automatic.
After that, you sit and hope.
If you didn't go through the normal progression of chat restrictions to suspensions to perma ban, then you were banned for something other than behavior. Submit a ticket and find out what.
a quick look at this guy's match history really illustrates the reason. Of the last thirty or so games, the number that's won and had positive KDA at the same time? maybe 2? He's obviously throwing a lot of matches and/or hard intentional feeding.

If I recall correctly it take 1 person to agree with you if you report someone greifing or trolling. So If this sucks for you watch out!
Doesn't look like you were banned for toxicity judging by the message you receive when you log in, so you'll need to contact support to have them tell you why.
