got perma due to bad tribunal system and pre determined "justice"

i was banned due to the fact that i was previously suspended and due to that previous suspension i was perma banned for flaming back at a toxic junger who flamed my friends in game with pings, and using the chat logs. The tribunal system automatically saw i was suspended prior and instantly banned me so any players wanting to redeem their past mistakes or wanting to turn into a positive part of the community cant because the tribunal system gives them little to no chance. i love this game and have spent hundreds of dollars and i need to chat with a riot support member because i love the game and i am a consumer for in game items and i would continue to purchase items and work on my attitude if given another chance (like i even got one).

i was perma banned for flaming

seems like a justified punishment then.

so any players wanting to redeem their past mistakes or wanting to turn into a positive part of the community cant

But you weren't doing that. Flaming someone doesn't make you a positive part of the community, and you're not redeeming your past mistakes. you're continuing the same behavior.

Punishments work on an escalating tier system; if you continue the negative behavior that resulted in your punishment, you get punished by the next tier. Extremely toxic behavior can result in skipping some of these steps. You can work back down them over time if you show you've significantly improved.

The tiers are as follows;

  • 10 game chat restriction
  • 25 game chat restriction
  • 14 day account ban
  • Permanent account ban

There is no tribunal first of all, the tribunal system has been shut down for a very long time and it probably wont ever come back.

With that said your punishment was not pre determined, it was earned. If you were suspended before this it means you were given fair warning about your account being terminated if your attitude did not improve.

One thing you have to understand is that the punishment system does not play favorites. If you got as far as a two week suspention it means you were being reported in almost every single league game you play. And no i am not exagerating. The system takes action based on the overall PERCENT of games you are being reported in and those reports have to be verified as true before the system takes action.

A 2 week suspention is the final warning and account termination is the only avaliable punishment left for you. If you played 100 league games and flamed in 80 of them and got reported in all 80 games then of course the system is going to lable you as toxic and remove you. That is how it works. A 2 week suspention gives you one last chance to drop that report percent and get you account into good standings. Meaning you have to turn those 100 league games into 1000 and not get reported anymore.

Flaming teammates in never the answer even if they are flaming you first. The mute button works wonders. A lesson you sadly failed to learn in time.

You are always free to make a new account and start over as a better player.

Best of luck on your journy to reforming.

  1. How long ago where you suspended and

  2. You think everyone should have a clean slate, no matter the offense?

Tribunal hasn't really been in existence for a while.

The reports may have been collecting and then they hit the threshhold and then they all came crashing down on you leading to a permaban and the card only had a few recent examples?

Just saying that every red post about permabans states that the infraction was so extreme that it warranted permabans or that there were numerous infractions and time to reform but no reform happened...

Did you share your account info with anyone else whom may have gotten reports on your account that they may not have told you about?

If I'm reading your OP correctly and "suspension" is another way of saying you had a temp ban (like a 14 day ban), then you already had warning and your time to reform was after that temp ban.

Now saying that "because i know the true punishment" you will never flame again? I'm 99% sure Riot will say "too little too late" because you didn't take them seriously before.
