Riot, my friend was incorrectly permabanned

My friend's first account "ARibeyeSandwich" was permabanned and is level 41 at this moment. He had never played ranked and was just getting ahold of the game. He only ever played with the accounts named "BlakeWilliams" and "DabOnEm420" and what you'll notice is that the latest 12 games are champs that he never plays, those two other players aren't with him and it's also in ranked (which he never played prior). The scores are astronomically different too. His last game was on 11/29/19 with a score of 3/3/1. The official permaban reason was use of third party software. All that he uses is Blitz which has been listed as a valid site. Riot, please check the facts here and unban him. Every single thing points to him not being the cause for the ban.
