Is there anyway for my account to get unbanned with riot unbanning some accounts?

In the past I will admit I was very toxic. It is something that I admit and tried to work past it. I have been going to anger management classes for the last 4 months to control my temper which has led to my toxicity and am a lot better now not only in league but as a person. Now that riot is unbanning some accounts is there anyway for them to unban mine so that I would be able to show them that I am truly a changed player (they can ban me if I step out of line even once)

submit ticket. they said they're still rejecting most applications, but they might unban it.

I have Challenger Pro Katarina player, He's main account was banned 2 years ago. at that time he was really pissed and going to quit but he created second account - Reached to Challenger again!
The reason he got banned was for saying "want mid open? " he did ask for team to mid open because of their jungle "khazix" got 8 kills in 10 min. After game he got banned. And he's Second account he reach Master tier, After he created third account he went high tier really fast and Riot banned Third account for boosting. He sent support ticket again and they did not listen After week later Riot apologize to my friend for wrong ban. They gave him honor levels back and stuff and then He asked Riot to unban first Account, first time they refuse to unban account and later they sent Survey to hes Email about what he did , What if you have second chance, ect. They gave him second chance

They're doing another reforming trial run to see if they can get through to people and successfully reform them. However, I think on Reddit, they said it was a limited thing so you might not get into the reform trial they're doing with permabanned players. Good luck in getting into it.
