You should get a message when you try to log in that should explain the reason for the ban. Accounts are not unbanned unless perma-banned in error though, so unless the ban WAS an error the account is lost.
This isn’t support, and if it was, support folks likely wouldn’t respond well to your demands without any sort of reasoning or background information.

A lot of people get banned and it explains when you log into your account for what reason.
