Ranked Team Bannings?

This is my first time posting to the Board but I have an idea that I feel might be able to go through. I have been playing ranked for a while with my friends in 3v3's on twisted treeline. Now most of these games have been rather fun except there have been some in which it hasn't been so. For these reasons it is the other ranked team trash talking as a whole and putting down our team name. The idea I have is that there should be an option for a Report Team button as well as an individual report button. This could help control how offensive language is used because instead of an individual getting a warning it would be for the entire team giving more consequences for everybody in the team due to one person. An example could be a suspension of the team for a said amount of days to the extent of a demotion based on how many offenses they have.
