Perma ban worthy?

Okay so i was slightly tilted because I was playing with a miss fortune support who was inting the whole game and flaming me for no reason even though I was doing my best to carry, but for some reason I get perma banned for it, would you guys say this is perma ban worthy, I feel as though my behaviour got better after 2 week ban and I am more inclined not to talk on chat, but when some one starts flaming you and keeps flaming you, obviously they try elicit a response. Anyway i feel that this isnt perma ban worthy what do you guys think i think the worst thing i said was suck my nuts

The question is not "is this perma-ban worthy" but rather "is this punishment-worthy." You received a 14-day ban, which means subsequent behavior that would earn a punishment of any level results in an escalation to a permanent ban if you have not shown sufficient improvement in your behavior (i.e. if your behavior is not acceptable -- some improvement doesn't matter if the behavior is still unacceptable).

So let's take a look:

Yeah, this is deserving of a punishment. In addition to the constant, targeted complaining and the constant request for reports, you're insulting and rank-shaming. None of that is okay.

Listen, I have had 3 perma banned accounts. This is my most recent one and I have recently hit honour lvl 2 check point 3. (I dont know if you would call that reformed but im trying) And I have realized, criticizing people doesnt do anything nor does it help them, if you are playing ranked in the game you flamed then you have no right to criticise them as you are in the same elo. If its a normal game there are no consequences to losing or winning, moreover how is telling 'miss fortune' that she is 'trash' helping? Its better to just /fullmute all. If you HAVE TO communicate in this way say it nicely, 'miss fortune we are set a bit behind now try to stay grouped, thanks' and just cease anything else.

you got banned for showing a continuous trend of negative behavior and a failure to reform after being warned

Simply put; yes, you broke the rules and you deserve the punishment. Sucks that you already got a 14 day suspension, cuz that means your next punishment is a permaban. Thats why you got permabanned.
