Riot should make something for the trollers and if someone dodge because he has troller on his team dose not lose lp or like add dodge bottom if the team got a troller the team member should vote and pick the lane who is trolling and the game should see who is the player that is trolling and make a decision with him. and they should make it possible to report someone because of his behavior on the champion selection

The major problem with that, is that would leave it up to players to decide whether someone is trolling or not. No matter their state of mind, they get to decide that someone is trolling, whether its true or not. Too abuseable, and too unrealistic if you expect Riot to go back and redeem LP after they've confirmed whether or not there was a troll. Thats like double the work for something that is already too much work.

As far as champ select, theres VERY little to indicate someone is going to troll. I pick anivia bot a lot. I get called a troll sometimes. My response to those assannine accusations, is pure sarcasm. "Yeah dude im totally a troll". I have no fear because Im not trolling. If theyre gonna be assholes about MY pick in a video game, im gonna be an asshole back because I dont give a fuck what they think. Riot will review it and find I wasnt trolling, and Ill be fine, while their imaginations will ruin their own experience.

Define "troller"? Is it a champion you don't like? How is the game supposed to "see who is the player that is trolling"?

You can only report them if you play the game out. Its difficult to pin-point it unless they explicitly state it in the pre-lobby that they are going to troll or int. For whatever reason or no reason. And you won't get those points back because its hard to prove that someone was locking in a troll pick. Simply because the meta is so diverse. They can just claim to have watched a high elo streamer while trying it out in Iron.
