Hey guys, I was banned permanently, for good measure. I'd like to request an unban c0z it's my birthday and I pinky promise that I won't get a single viable report on my account ever again. Ily, have a good day.

Permabans are, Like the Name suggests, permanent. They arent lifted except when done by in Error. You say it valid so it wont be lifted.
It doesn't work like that. If you got permabanned, you stay banned unless it was 100% a false positive ban.
I guess you'll have to send a ticket to Riot Support to ask them to unban you, but it maybe takes a few days (to get an answer.)
