blocked players

Make a symbol appear next to my teammates' names in champion select if I have blocked any of them in the past. That way I can dodge the matches I have toxic teammates.

Or at least implement a "ctrl+f" kind of feature, so that I can easily search them in my block list.

When I block someone, I really REALLY REALLY do not want to play with them again.
