I'm so Sorry Riot

Hey Riot, my name is Sgt D4Corki Main. About a month ago I was banned from league for the first time. It was a 14 day suspension and I felt horrid. After that I was really scared to get salty or anything, so I tried to be very nice to everyone. I ran it down mid as Corki one game just to laugh with my friends, and I was banned for it. This is my first and only ban to this date. I just...I was trying to have fun with my boys for at least a little bit. Riot I understand what I've done...I'm not saying I'm in the right. I really just want to get the Victorious Graves skin at the end of the season. I suddenly started playing Graves because he looked fun, and then you guys announced the Victorious Graves Skin! It sounded so cool, and I couldn't wait to get it, but then I realized that I was unable to. I was banned for 14 days after the 22nd of August, and it really bummed me out. I have the rank for it, but I have the ban that has stained my person as a whole. I ran it down mid for fun, when I should've known that it would ruin other people's experience playing the game, my team and the enemy's....I just don't know what I should do guys? I just...was I THAT much of an asshole? Do I send Riot a support ticket to get in touch with them? Should I just face the facts and understand I'll never earn the Victorious Graves skin?
