I only really know of two things that could be done to potentially mitigate those arguments and get the team back on track, which are, one; dissolving the conflict, or two; redirecting the conflict.
I wouldn't personally advocate for the use of either, since they both take some amount of care and caution to employ, but if you can somehow dissolve the conflict by getting the team to simmer down and see that arguing isn't helping, that could certainly work, though I think the easiest would be to try to redirect the conflict to better ends.
More specifically; remind your teammates that they're fighting the opposing team, not themselves. If they're angry, they're going to be angry, and there isn't much one can do to help that, so, the best one can do is at least try to halt the in-fighting and get your teammates to channel their anger into fighting the enemy team.
I'm hopeful that this, in some small way, helps.
