Perma banned for one mildly toxic game out of thousands of friendly games

I have been banned permanently. I have said a bad word in response to the most toxic player i have played against in my life. I regretted what i said and realized what i had done after the game. If you look at my history I am not a toxic player, look at my PBE account linked with Tigertom2002 and my smurf ununaP. Please watch the games for an amount of time and when you realize I am not a toxic player and I am a good part of the League community can you unban me? I have spent so much money and time on that account and I have tried to keep a cool head but I have gone off the rails 3 games our of thousands. I have been perma banned for something that I dont think i should have been perma banned for and I really want you to see that I did not mean w hat was said and that I dont deserve this ban.

Help please

Perma banned for one mildly toxic game I have gone off the rails 3 games

From the screenshots it sounds like you've been suspended in the past, so this wasn't a one-off situation, and using the insults you did isn't "mildly toxic". Riot has a zero-tolerance policy on homophobic language, which combined with your previous punishments is enough to push the penalty to a perma.

We're only board members, so we can't really do anything for you except give advice - you've already taken it up with Riot support which is usually what I'd recommend, so there's not much more I can tell you sorry.

"It looks like your previous suspension was for using similar language" "In our game, no matter what you intended the only meaning of that word is the homophobic slur."

Your logs contained:

Come at me %%% shut ur mouth %%%

So you were given a 2-week suspension and given logs then. If you're continuing this behavior, then a punishment was justified; you were told the next punishment would be a permanent ban, yet persisted in the similar behavior.

In regards to a permanent chat restriction, Riot is not interested in implementing features that retain toxic players.

You'll be surprised how many games you were validly reported in.

https://support.riotgames.com will be able to tell you that.

it doesn't matter if you think it shouldn't be a permanent ban.

you break the rules and you get banned.

That's so dumb even saying that you should at least be given a warning. This world has become to sensitive towards these dumb ass words that mean nothing. The only way in life that people get accepted is to be made fun of. Everyone is made fun of, whites, blacks, asians, homosexuals, transgenders, etc. But that is how we are. In some sense it is what makes us human. And it shows acceptance. I just wish everyone wasn't in a fukin shell nowadays. Everywhere you go you have to be careful of what you say or do to make sure you don't get attacked.

In order to get perma banned for using a homophobic slur once in a game, you'd have had to have a previous suspension. So, ban deserved is all I can say.

The word is very controversial but the riot support don't even give you a way to be unbanned. they don't give you a way to reform and become a better player. Why can't a player who has spend thousands of hours following the summoners code to a tee be given a second shot at playing the game.

Yes, but does this justify a perma ban, we all have seen worse things said and they have had no consequence . why do I deserve a perma ban when i have spent thousands of games being a good summoner?
