unable to earn loot

Dear Riot, So I had to go afk in my last game because my mother wanted me to bring her some stuff and buy some dog food so I go and do that come back feeling bad that I had to afk then I got a notice saying I can no longer earn loot is tat permanent. If so is there anything I can do to get rid of the punishment.
