Permabanned for the use of scripts, hacks, exploits or 3rd party when I havent used any

I havent had the chance to play League all summer aside from a few games at my friends houses because my computer was broken. I know their computers dont have any 3rd party programs related to league but Ive been thinking maybe for some stupid reason an anti-virus program is the problem? I got my new computer and got league and a few other games as well as google. The only 3rd party programs I have are Discord, AND Nvidia geforce experience. Has this happened to anyone else? I feel like this is such an unfair perma ban because like I mentioned above ive never used any third party programs related to league. And of course because of riots ban policy they dont even look into how stupid my ban was.
