Ban Appeal

So today (may 30th 2016) i woke up pretty late in the day and decided to play some league. While signing in i am shocked at what i have found. Embattledaxis : permanently Banned.

So looking into further details i find out that my friend that comes over every weekend had gotten my password from my desk drawer and decided to get my banned (my friend daniel lied to nick about going on his account) And feel as if this is not fair that he can do this and get away with it. So i ask if i can be unbanned Thank you for your time -Ben/Embattledaxis

You should go to your friends parents and explain to them how your friend costed you X dollars by being a tool and doing things that he knew that would get the account removed.

Then stop hanging around people like you supposed "friend".

Riot will never unban you account, since you will never be able to prove that it was your fiend and not you.

You can submit a support ticket and see what they say, but in general you are responsible for the security of your account and thus what happens on your account. Considering the breach of your account was due to your own negligence, I really don't see you being unbanned.

Sadly you may not have any luck getting it lifted. Riot's rules on this are clear:

Remember that you are fully responsible for all activity made on your account, and if suspensions or bans are incurred we will not be able to modify them. If you feel that your account may have been compromised, please see the following Knowledge Base article for more information and instructions to help recover your account: Account Recovery Guide.

You can always submit a ticket though.

You can go to your friends and ask him for the money he owns you back.

K, you really can't do anything to prove you didn't do this yourself. As for your friend, ask for all the money this account cost you and if he doesn't pay, stop being friends with him. This isn't a funny joke between friends, this is blatant hurtful behavior.
