Perma-banned without a temp-ban

Does anyone know how or why this happened? Has this happened to anyone else? And If so why does it happen?

I do believe I do not deserve this my main account (Javien282) was recently perma-banned WITHOUT a temp-ban or a chat restriction longer than 10 games. I do not feel as though I deserve this mainly because I was never given that normal ban instead I was instantly perma'd. I've never heard of this happening to anyone and if it has happened please do comment below.

Reason why I do not believe i deserve this:

  • Never been normally banned
  • Never had a chat restriction longer than 10 games
  • I used the chat to talk to friends who i played with and I did use profanity and vulgar language but it was not directed at anyone other than friends
  • I was toxic but not toxic enough to receive a perma without temp *The game I got banned in wasn't be generally being toxic but using vulgar language toward the enemy team

Please riot reconsider your choices! I've spent over $100 dollars on this game, and I know it doesn't matter and people will say "you were toxic you deserve this!" I do not think so. Please riot I do love this game (though i barely play but still) and you don't even have to un-ban me just give me a normal ban timer so I can serve this sentence. Even if you do not decide to un-ban me please at least give me an answer as to why I was permanently banned.

Keep in mind over half of these comments was toward the friend was playing with. (He was the drav)

Oh shit. I just realize I probably got banned because of the use of N*gger (Me and my friend usually use the word) So never mind I guess it was justified sorry for wasting time.

While not too common, it is possible to be escalated straight to a permanent ban if Riot deems your behavior severe enough. Behaviors like this include but are not limited to stuff like racism, homophobia, hate speech, death threats/encouraging suicide, or possibly just excessive negativity and toxic behavior.

Even if you were playing with friends, unless you were playing in a full group, there are other random people on your team that you need to consider as they might not find what you were saying in chat acceptable. In situations like this, it's best to use a voice chat like Skype, Teamspeak, Discord, etc., to talk to your friends, as you can't be punished for what you say in those.

If you are playing in a full premade group, then make sure you keep it out of /all chat. It's also wise to make sure that everyone in your group is okay with that kind of chat and that they won't report you for it.

Now, if you wish to have a discussion about your ban here with the community, then you might want to post your full, unedited chat logs. It would help us here see what you said that could have possibly triggered an escalation to a permanent ban.

If you wish to contest it directly with Riot, your best bet would be to submit a support ticket.

EDIT: Yeah, that's a lot of toxicity and is definitely grounds for an escalation to a permanent ban.

you dont have to be previous banned or punished to receive a permaban... maybe whatever you were banned for was bad enough against the no no rules of riot that you still deserve your perma ban aand dont bring up $ it has nothing to do with anything. and your $100 is crap compared to what most have spent. you know the guidelines and terms and conditions for playing league you agreed to them and you broke them now you are banned. deal with it .

Provide the email, chat logs, etc. Without any evidence for the community to judge upon, you are wasting your own time.
