You were banned because you were still toxic. Someone else being toxic is not a valid excuse to be toxic back, nor is any other excuse. If you reported him and he was as toxic as you think, he will be punished accordingly. However - you are not exempt from punishment just because he was mean first. Doesn't work like that in real life and doesn't work here.

Threatening to afk and just from reading it looks like you maybe did? Excessive typing = constant flaming. Takes two hands to type as much as you did which means 1 hand was not on the mouse which means you were not playing your 100%. In addition, griefing, blaming, calling whoever you did the R slur - all worthy of a ban. If you didn't get a 14 day ban you probably should have. If you did - it was deserved. If you want to discuss further with riot ticket and if you think he wont get punished but he should, send a ticket about that as well.

Calling someone the R word...harassing them...and admitted you afked. Doesn't matter if someone was toxic towards you, being toxic right back doesn't make it okay.

He was toxic towards me when he ganked my lane and sion(jg) was camping in bush holding q after i die he dies to my laner then continues to talk shit the entire game.

You were negative and/or toxic in reply to the person who was negative or toxic to you.

Two people being negative/toxic just makes for more toxicity, not less. So you're responsible for your own toxic behavior. That is how you were the one who got banned, even though the other player was toxic toward you.

If you don't want the same result in the future, don't be toxic back to the person who is being toxic to you. Just mute, report, and move on.

I mean, I like to criticise the automatic chat analysis system for not bein able to take context into account, but even with no context this log is obviously sufficient to establish how toxic you were. It's absolutely astounding, indeed, it's positively perplexing how somebody could behave this way with strangers and think it's okay.
