Frankly, I'm not surprised that you got punished for one game. You spent a good majority of that match being negative, toxic, and all-around awful. You flamed more than anything else, and your behavior isn't just below standard, it's unwelcome.

I really don't know what to tell you, besides that you can either just, not use chat from here on out, seeing as how ready you are to flame and harass, or you can leave League altogether - you clearly hate the game, and your behavior isn't welcome in it, so while I'm generally disinclined to suggest leaving, this case I believe is an exception.

Though, if you continue behaving like you did to receive this Chat Restriction, it eventually will come to a point where you'll be forced to leave. Know that your behavior is far below the standard Riot expects from you, and they will not hesitate to ban you if you keep it up.

It is likely, given your chat here, that other games also contributed to this punishment. It seems unlikely that you would not have been validly reported before this.

But, punishments are escalated for smurf accounts, so even if this was your first outburst, it's not unusual that it would have earned a punishment.

Lol you definitely didnt just call someone a dog I hate league chat moderation but you cant type everything else bc the normies will cry and report you. Just type "dog" "good job" "you're playing very well" "good boy" and "at least you tried". Take ur pick from that word bank and any time someone does something stupid u type one of those and u can get ur flame in but not get any punishments.

Calling someone a 'dog' isn't considered polite in Asian culture. And even if you don't go with that, considering the context in which you used the word 'dog' there. You're humiliating him.

That match alone is pushing the boundaries considerably. It looks like you spent the whole match harassing people. If you got legitimately reported recently, which they don't tell you, then you were jumping on thin ice. Repeated behavior like that chat will result in a chat restriction.

Also being toxic in the game isn't the same as being toxic on stream. You can say whatever you want outside of the game. A lot of people trash talk with their friends in discord or through the private messages. If a streamer is trash talking someone, then go look at the ToS of whatever platform they're on and report them. Riot won't do anything about it because it's not happening directly on their platform.

You weren't punished for misbehaving in one game. You were punished for misbehaving in one more game, in a consistent pattern of negative behavior that breaks the game's rules. Additionally, the reform card doesn't always show all the logs that led to your punishment: it randomly selects up to several logs. You might see three logs, but you also might see as few as one, even for players whose punishment stems not from a small number of egregious infractions but rather from dozens of instances of mild toxicity. The purpose of the reform card is to tell you how to reform, so it shows you an example of the behavior that prompted your punishment and explains that such behavior is inappropriate and should be avoided if you want to maintain an account in good standing.

I'm sorry you've seen worse behavior than what you exhibited to earn a punishment, but the system wants your behavior to be acceptable, not just less unacceptable than what you have seen in others.

yesterday i read a post of a mod asking why all of a sudden "dog" became the nr 1 insult in LoL. i was wondering what they are talking about as i have yet to see it on euw. but apparently on na servers it did become a standard insult over night.

im just gonna make a wild guess... which streamer can we thank for this DOGshit?

The reform card only shows you 1-5 recent games as examples of unacceptable behavior, doesn't mean you were punished for 1 game alone.

You can write to Riot support and ask them how many games you were recently reported in. Their answer probably will suprise you.

With your mild toxic attitude of wanting to give up and asking for reports, I'm sure you do it oftenly enough to accumulate and eventually get yourself punished.
