Helping a friend

My friend recently played in a game (with me, and 3 other pre-made members in draft) and during the game our jungler (fizz) did not gank at all, and all in all fed while being a dumb player. I kept my cool but Fizz felt the need to blame bot lane (which he was vayne). All in all, fizz was being stupid and he reported my friend (Vayne) because vayne was explaining to the team that he is being dumb. In short, I'm just asking for Riot to pardon him, as stupid as it may be, he is a good person, this fizz was not, its a simple transition here. Thank you and have a good morning/afternoon/night.
