If you have been reported enough that you received a 14-day ban then your account was on the thinnest of ice prior to your permanent ban. Even a minor offense at that point would be sufficient to trigger a permanent ban so Riot will not unban your account.
I find it frustrating that you think you were falsely permabanned when the system that is in place does not punish innocent players, regardless of the circumstances, if they were truly innocent and did not break the rules in any way, shape or form. The fact you think being toxic is a stupid reason to be reported tells me you didn’t think of the consequences of your actions, which is exactly what trolls and griefers try to do in order to make other players get angry and lose their cool.
As far as your money is concerned, you did not technically own any of the skins or purchases you made on the account, Riot loaned them to you in exchange for currency. Buying things from the store does not make you immune to following the rules and Riot will not be refunding an account that has a permanent ban attached to it.
Making multiple threads with the same title can be considered spam so either delete this thread and keep the one you want posted or you are at risk of receiving a forum restriction/ban.
