hello, riot community i've never been on the board because i've never really have had an issue until, my account was given a 14 day ban when i've never gotten any other bans at all from lvl all the way up to lvl 30 i still have my all chat disabled so i can't talk or see other teams, i've been playing normal's most of the time and took a week or two break and come back to play ranked and i was doing my placements and i wont 2 of my games then lost 1 because of our whole team was just blaming each other and not working as a team and I said hurtful things but a 14 day ban really? i've never been in any trouble on here.

"Kys" is considered hate speech (along with racism, homophobia, and others) and is part of the zero-tolerance policy, which escalates you immediately to a 14-day suspension. There is absolutely no reason to say the things you said in your chat. It's a video game. If people are being assholes, ignore them. Please think about your account, because your next step for any toxicity is a permanent ban.

Yeah ... kys is a zero tolerance phrase that skips chats restrictions 14-day banned.

Anything that encourages the other person to harm themselves would get you in the same trouble.

Your account is low level so you don't have a lot of games played to dampen out that frequency/pattern behavior (e.g. 1 toxic game out of 100 is a lot worse than 1 toxic game out of 1000 by high level accounts). However, that probably did not matter because you used Zero Tolerance word twice in that game and that would get you a severity escalated punishment skipping the 2 chat restrictions into 14-day. There is really no context or bait or anything to excuse your behavior that you would argue with support for leniency. You straight up flame your team using ZT of your own volition. No human review will ever grant you reprieve for this.

Personally I would advice you to take your loss and create a new account because it would be a lot easier to start fresh again than have that whole "one single instance of negativity will get you perma banned" hanging over your head for a good long while. This is low enough level account that maybe a new account would be a better way to go. That's just my opinion.
