Permanently Banned for using "3rd party programs or modifications"

Yesterday I have received a mail from Riot stating that I am banned for cheating using 3rd party programs or modifications. I have never used any kind of programs, modifications or anything I can imagine to help me win a game other then my own experience playing the game (unless mobafire and tips & tricks on youtube are suddenly called cheating?). As for the programs that are active while I play league are mostly the following: Discord: Discord does have an overlay but I doubt that flagged me as a cheater Google Chrome Steam VoiceAttack: VoiceAttack lets you controle your PC using voice commands. This does worry me that maybe this flagged me as a cheater but when I ask VoiceAttack to play my music it doesnt listen to me when I'm playing league so... I really dont know, but it does work fine in the launcher Oculus Client: When my VR headset detects movement it automatically opens the oculus client and since I use my oculus are a glorified mic it tends to run in the background alot...

They wont even tell me what I used so who knows what they're actually talking about... I doubt its scripting cause I dont hit half of my skillshots and I'm basically a magnet for other skillshots...

I've made a support ticket but they dont seem to wanne investigate it... I got 2 replies so far... One states the same I got in the mail... using 3rd party programs or modifications is bad bla bla bla... I agree, cheating is bad. The second says the following:

As my colleague previously mentioned, I am afraid that we are not able to provide you with details regarding this matter, we can't tell you what program was used that is responsible for this ban. This is because we cannot disclose information regarding our investigations, as doing so can compromise future ones. > We are confident that the ban was correctly placed and I am afraid that it will not be lifted under any circumstances.

Now I dont know what exactly they look at in investigations but I dont think they looked at my gameplay or match history at all. I'm frustrated that something so stupid as ruined my weekend and I suppose thats very easy to spot by the wall of text I'm writing...

I have received a piece of information that confuses me even more from my support ticket:

Hey again, I'm sorry, but as I have previously stated, the suspension has been correctly placed. I've thoroughly investigated the account and you appear to having used third party tools in order to boost your level. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide any further information, as it would defeat the purpose of our future investigations. Seeing that the context has been fully explained, we consider the matter closed and we shall not discuss it any further. Please let me know if you have concerns related to other topics. I have no idea how they could mistake any of my programs for that... I slowly started playing again when you could go beyond level 30 on League of Legend and in all that time I reached level 66... I have friends who started playing around that time that are much higher level then 66 so I have no idea how they even think I did something like that.

Anybody know a way I could prove my innocense?
