Hi Riot,

I genuinely enjoy the game league of legends. Although there are things in the game that still need to be improved on and changed I feel you guys are constantly taking steps to get the game where it needs to be. With that said, you guys really need to start doing something about toxic players. I turn on my computer, excited and looking forward to play LoL. I get on, get into a game with a good mindset and end very frustrated from the flame and intentional throwing of my allies. I am honor five, and have a great MMR (at least I did up until today), but I continuously get teamed with other individuals who tend to make mistakes (which is ok), rant in chat, blame allies for shortcomings then afk. Its because of this that I stop enjoying the game and walk away from the keyboard infuriated and not wanting to play anymore. Even after leaving detailed reports on exactly where this undesired behavior is found in every game they go unheeded. I've played the game for several years, I believe three, and now its gotten to the point where I just do not want to play anymore. I love your game but the community of players just has too many bad seeds. It is for this reason that I will no longer play your game. Please improve on this for the good players who continue to que up and makes league better for everyone.

Riot does a pretty good job in catching those verbal toxics right now. But you have to understand that the system punishes people based on consistency x severity. So depending on their behavioral history, it may take a few more games before someone gets punished.

Also, you don't always get the punishment notification. If the game you reported them in shows up in the reform card, you will see the notification. The reform card currently shows you 1-5 recent games as examples of unacceptable behavior. Meaning the chances of seeing the notification (even if it was a valid report) is pretty low.

What you have a problem with, is the clarity of the system. Monthly Report Cards was a pretty cool community concept that would solve alotbof the clarity issues. Riot Tantram has come out to say that he's developing something more compelling than Monthly Report cards, so let's cross our fingers and hope they are on the right track.
