Nowhere did I even say a singleee swear word and half the time I was bantering in all-chat...Seriously, can’t wait for these snowflakes to go out in the real world and get a real job. What are they gonna say? “Wahhh my boss was mean to me, someone perma-ban him from life!!”. No one cares about your feelings! Coffee’s for closers only, afterall.

There’s an old saying they teach you when getting an MBA: “When the business is hot, you can do nothing wrong; when the business is cold, you can do nothing right.”. Right now rito bans people left and right because they feel the revenue gravy train will never stop. But for a fact they are brewing resentment with all anti-consumer policies. Once you ban 50% of you active base and no new players are joining wtf are you gonna do then? For every bs punishment you lose a customer, or customers. Even videogamedunkey stopped playing LoL completely!

Oh well, back to Overwatch. At least they don’t make the fatal business mistake of treating their paying customers like criminals! Maybe if LoL had a monopoly, but what is dota??

Hello there, I'm someone with an actual job. You seem to not understand how things work, so I would like to give you some insight. I would like to inform you that constantly bitching about your co-workers in a non-constructive manner in front of the entire staff will lead to you losing your job quickly. I am sorry that you feel behavior such as yours is acceptable in a real world working environment, but I am informing you that it is not. Hopefully you have learned something today that will benefit you in the future.

Game1: Calling for reports and this comment:

Gives the impression that you're afking. Not the worst game I've seen but not good behavior either.

Game2: harassing other players and calling for reports against them as well as another potential afk indicator comment:

EroticOnion2: imma get some dinner

Also in regards to this comment:

EroticOnion2: dont kid urself u have no followers on reddit

I fail to see how that is relevant to the game.

Game3: Constant report calling against zed as well as yet another comment that indicates you're potentially afking:

EroticOnion2: gonna go eat dinner

Conclusion:

Well first of all your claim that you didn't use any swear words is false. Even if you abbreviate them or creatively spell them they're still swear words. Don't believe me? In game two alone you said this:

EroticOnion2: diks EroticOnion2: diks EroticOnion2: aggressive u puss EroticOnion2: holy shit EroticOnion2: get the fk back EroticOnion2: greed azz EroticOnion2: not healing ur azz

And in game 3:

EroticOnion2: pay the fk attention please EroticOnion2: fed asf

In fact it's only in Game 1 that you didn't use any swear words. which are not a requirement to indicate poor behavior as evidenced by your report calling in that game. If you don't like swear words then simply don't use them, it's just that simple.

Second of all you spend the vast majority of your games constantly calling for reports against other players while occasionally throwing in some verbal harassment as well. Not only is one report as good as nine but even if we ignore that fact you're still constantly harassing other players by doing this. Even if the person in question is intentionally feeding all you're doing by displaying this behavior is giving them the reaction they wanted out of you. Aside from that these comments:

Give the impression that you're now afking. Even if you never actually did the impression to do so is still there.

Advice:

If someone is behaving poorly then just mute (if it's chat related), report (without constantly calling for it) and move on. Don't give them them the negative reaction they want and chances are they'll stop with the poor behavior (not always but sometimes). Also, try to make sure that you're using chat for important things, such as calling mias or spell timers, and not for verbally abusing and harassing other players. The more time you waste typing out insults and the like the less time you have to actually play the game itself.

My verdict: Punish.

P.S. This is a permaban because you've had prior punishments and still continued to behave poorly despite them. Simply being inactive on the account isn't enough, you have to actually show in-game that your behavior is improving, which in this case it sadly hasn't. Also, the Overwatch team has started cracking down on poor behavior, so if you think you can behave poorly there and get away with it think again. The bottom line is if you can't interact with others in a neutral or positive manner then multiplayer online games are just not for you.

Calling for reports half the time and the other half you were pretty much swearing and just overall being a dick. Apparently going afk to go eat in two of these three games. Just because you don't actually spell swear words as they actually are spelled, they still retain their meaning. Pretty much means that it'll get past automated systems but anyone that looks at these chat logs can clearly see how terrible you are in chat.

If a boss was ever this rude to their employees, that employee would for sure quit and find a new job where their boss wasn't a dick. Said boss would probably have more employees quit and get a bad reputation and if he wasn't the CEO could also get fired or at the very least demoted. Because in the real world in a real job, yes you do need to at least be reasonably courteous to people. I'm not saying you can't swear, but swearing at people, I don't think it would fly in many work places.

It's also funny how you called everyone else snowflakes when you were calling for reports as if everyone had offended you personally and you couldn't handle it.

Would say it deserves a punishment for sure, not necessarily a perma ban unless you've gotten previous punishments.

An update: rito support basically to me to ‘fck off’ when I submitted a rebuttle, therefore I requested chargebacks and got most of my money back from rito points. W/e, you lost a whale rito, they are the ones who keep you in business, not the jobless whiny snowflakes. Remember that! >.<
