Banned for connection issues

I was informed by riot support that i was 2 week banned for connection issues in a game my team decided to open because we had someone hard flaming everyone and were losing hard. I explained I had connection issues thats why i died the way i did 2 times at the END of the game and riot support then said i was 2 week banned without warning or chat restriction for typing back to the toxic support player. Im not sure where it says connection issues and dying 2 times while not trying after opening the game is bannable or why they're making more excuses to keep me banned but I believe the ban system should be changed to warn you after games you have questionable gameplay or what not similar to chat restrict to give you a chance to correct what was going on.

Also shout out to "riot Chocobro" for not helping and instead finding other reasons to keep me banned and and saying that typing "[15:19] FPX Lucky (Xayah): all you had to do was say "my bad sorry" [17:00] FPX Lucky (Xayah): I wont let her win [18:28] [All] FPX Lucky (Xayah): i dont want raka to win"
Is worthy of a two week ban when ive never been chat restricted or anything and 4 of us were open and only the raka who was flaming everyone was playing

I suggest player behavior warnings before a ban because connection issues happen and its unfair to ban someone for 1 game
