Game 1 which was the game before my perma, I got banned due to the Riot algorithm because nobody was even mad after the game and we all just screwed around having fun. Riot doesn't seem to care about people talking shit and moving on like all people used to do back in old league.

Game 2 was god knows how many games ago but our Sett jungle wasn't playing objectives and it annoyed me but I also said nothing hateful or offensive other than minor expressions of frustration.

Game 3 is on there for absolutely no reason because I played AP Yasuo for fun in an urf game and got flamed by my team the entire game, saying nothing toxic.

Since I know you have the chat logs, look for yourself. post game lobby was just joking around for game 1 and I actually had fun just messing around. Also while you're at it, how about you go ban the 2 people on my team that game that decided to run it down and then afk when we decided to not surrender to try and win.

To summarize this all, Riot has spaghetti code ban algorithms and is starting to slowly lose interest in being a responsible game company because of unjust bans. Another reason I also believe this; Riot's desperate attempt to keep the game alive with all of the new broken champion releases enforcing a new meta every time a new champ is released in order to avoid having to balance others. Riot has been caring less and less about their players by the day.

Read carefully every line of the rules below, the simple rules of that game. I bet you already have permabanned account(s) previously since being permabanned on a lvl23 is quite an accomplishment. To summarize: you are toxic, negative, spammer. Lvl 23 with a 14d ban recently. Working as intended. You are entitled to not accept/understand the rules, but if you break them, bear the consequences. You are also free to uninstall the game instead of disgusting new players with a toxic smurf.

I don't get your confusion.

Riot's stance pretty much is "If you aren't positive towards your team, you are negative". Do you think you were giving positive comments to your team?

It seems that especially in NA you get banned really easily because people report you every game pretty much just for any chance to get you banned. Beta culture because most gamers are usually betas that resort to online gaming because they can't play sports in NA.

But in any case, this is more than warranting a penalty in riot's eyes (and if you already had your 14-day suspension, your next punishment is straight perma)
