There has been any times this has happened. I'm not going to make a paragraph about the system, and just make it simple. Recently, as you can see riot, a 0/11/0 lee sin inted because i didn't follow up with his gank(which I thought was the wrong deciscion.) Then started inting my lane. He even chatted and started joking around. So... where is the ban?
I know right, players who go 2/11, 3/12, 0/4, and 3/10 should immediately be banned, don't you agree?
The game will manual reviewed to see if punishment is needed.
Seeing that it's the season, more players are playing and staff are taking time off, I'd say the punishment will come 1 month later.
Correct me if I'm wrong but, I'd like to think it'd be a bit harsh for Riot to dish out punishments for one bad game, assuming he doesn't do this a lot. In terms of how often this happens to you, well, it happens to everyone.
