Perma banned.

Hello, my summoner got hacked a couple days and the hacker played some games and thats it. A couple days later I reset my password. He didnt get to reset my password so I still have my account under my controll. i have since then contacted Riot support and asked if their was anything else I could do. Later after he replied I got banned until 2100. So perma banned. I do not know if it was for something that I did or if it was because they thought I wasnt me. Any insight would be great as I have invested lots of money and time into my account. Thank you.

This is fully a matter between you and Riot Support. Click the support button at the top of this page and make a ticket.

Threaten to sue riot for compromising your account security. Do this after 4-5 emails though because the assholes in support wont talk to you once you threaten to sue them.

As people have said below, send in a support ticket. Send in as much proof as you physically can you were not in control of your account from X to Y date, and they should work things out for you.

Riot will commonly ban accounts that have been obviously hacked to prevent the hackers from stealing account info from people on your friend's list (by sending them malware links, etc.) It might take a few days or weeks to get the account unbanned but it'll happen, just keep escalating the ticket if you don't get a suitable response.
