i hope this is the right boared.this is why my recent games got me leaver buster, was not my intention and i ask that riot not ban me for this :/ reinstalling and going to try again

Getting a low priority queue for a few matches is not getting banned, and it's not going to get revoked. Play through the 5 matches.
Whether a player intentionally leaves a game, their computer has a problem, the power goes out, or the sky opens up and starts raining fiery diarrhea, the issue is that 9 other people per game were affected by you leaving multiple times (you don't get Leaverbustered for one game), and that's not fair to all of them.
Hmm, that looks like a directx issue, going by the file name.
a lot of people commenting like i'm expecting to get removed from low priority ques and what not.. this was not the case at all i didn't even get put into low priority, i just made this post asking them not to do anything because it was 2 ranked games that got screwed do to this bug that's all. i did fix the issue i had to uninstall and reinstall and all is well. i do not know why i got this issue but its fixed.
