Make Honor Even Stricter

So Honor is pretty strict now .. but its still only proactive. Let's make it retroactive. From Season 9 onwards, let's make it so getting any punishment (incl 10 game) immediately and near-permanently deletes Grey Warwick, Medieval Twitch, and all Victorious Skins from your account.

From there they are held for you in Honor 5 orbs, enabling you to gain one of them back per year, with Victorious skins available in reverse order (Jarvan last) followed by Grey Warwick / Medieval Twitch. Would make the skins that much more special!
