Leavers/afk reform

I think that if someone gets a dc in a non ranked game the system is fine. BUT! i think if someone dc's in a ranked enviroment past 3 minutes. That one person should take the hit on EVERYONE's LP. it shouldnt be the teams responsibility to lose LP because someone had a real life issue / just got rekt in lane or has major rage issues. This is so mind boggaling to me that i should have to take steps back in progress and take the same penelty as the leaver

ALSO make a damn queue for people who leave games. if you leave 5 games in a month you should be placed in games with other people who have the same issue. and need to be 30 days rage quit free before you can be reintroduced to the general population
